Grape; Carignan Ruby red in colour, filled with a lot of lovely red fruits like raspberry and cassis, amplified with notes of vanilla. It is smooth, round and full bodied on the fruity palate—a lovely easy-drinking wine. Dense and velvety, intense red berries and a lingerish finish.

Grape: Malbec This 100% Malbec aged 15 months in oak barrels is Château Vincens' flagship. Expect power and intensity.

Grape: Syrah, Grenache, Carignian Bright, Morello cherries and milk chocolate flavours, full and charming wine.

Grape: Cinsault Lots of violet and fresh black fruit on the nose as well as on the palate. An impeccable freshness, soft tannins and a touch of menthol and vegetal to finish: the perfect thirst-quenching wine from beginning to end.

Grape: Syrah Ruby in colour, with raspberry and spices on the nose. A very aromantic wine, with robust red berry flavours. Serve between 16 and 18°.

Grape: Barbera The wood imparts a soft boisé note, never too strong, and increases the wines richness. This wine achieves a beautiful balance as no flavor overpowers the others, rather they all blend together in one uniquely pleasant experience. The Barbera d’Alba, Peiragal reaches its maturity after 2 years from the harvest and the plateau of maturity is between 2 and 5 years.

Grape: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre Beautiful deep color with purple shades. Rich and ripe nose with complex aromas combining black fruits and notes that reflect a beautiful evolution. The ample palate with a velvety texture reflects an elegant wine with a very nice balance. Although built for long aging, this wine is appreciated very well at the moment thanks to its sweetness. Ideal with grilled red meats, beef ribs or matured cow cheeses.

Grape: Cabernet-Sauvignon|Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon opens with inviting aromas of dark cherry and berry fruit, cassis, sweet vanilla and a hint of olive. On the palate, the wine has a smooth entry with a rich mouthfeel and lingering aftertaste of black cherry and dusty cocoa. Enjoy this Cabernet Sauvignon with Memphis-style dry rub pork or beef ribs, grilled tri-tip, or polenta with wild mushrooms, sage and prosciutto.

Grape: Chardonnay Deep and bright gold in colour. The wine is complex and expressive. Aromas of ripe pear and quince, followed by elegant hints of vanilla. The palate is rich and full of pears and cream. This wine is well balanced, with subtle toasted oak character.

Grape: Sauvignon blanc Careful harvest and clement weather after a dry and warm summer are the elements that every winemaker dreams of. After the harvest, the grapes are kept in the cold in order to bring out all the aromas. The juice is selected and then fermented at a low temperature (again, to optimize the flavours) before being left to age for a few months before bottling. The goal is to preserve the refreshing acidity of the wine while achieving a beautiful length of finish.

Grape: Chardonnay This Chardonnay opens with intense aromas of apple and melon, to which are added characters of crème brûlée, caramelized sugar and butterscotch. The ripe fruit flavors of the orchard are accompanied by creamy and buttery notes and balanced by a beautiful acidity.

Grape: Sauvignon blanc Aromas of blackcurrant and citrus combined with white flowers, minty herbals and a touch of smoke. Initially, a strong, fruity taste - mandarin, red apples, passionfruit that then moves through the spectrum to lime, lemon and feijoa/herbals. Tropical and textured with freshness and length.

Grape: Chardonnay Brilliant medium straw. A lifted and inviting bouquet of melon and citrus fruits with fresh cucumber and a touch of marzipan. A fresh and fruity palate full of stone fruit and citrus notes with hints of tropical fruit, citrus zest, creaminess and a touch of minerality on the finish.

Grape: Cinsault|Grenache A fresh, easy-drinking rosé, with a clear colour and everything you'd expect from a thirst-quenching wine.

Grape: Grenache, Cinsault The IGP Var "Argens" is a gray wine resonating with the limestone, gypsum and crystalline origins of the Argens watershed. This river which has its source in Seillons, crosses the center of the Var from East to West. This valley is part of the natural heritage of the Var department, because of its geological wealth, bio-diversity and history.

Grape: Glera Prosecco of a straw-yellow colour with hints of green. The nose is intense, fine, floral and fruity. The mouth is pleasant, fresh and fragrant.

Grape: Chardonnay, pinot noir In opting to blend its Brut champagne with a majority of Chardonnay, the rarest grape variety in the Champagne region, Laurent-Perrier was expressing its difference and asserting the signature ‘House’ style of freshness, lightness, and elegance.
