- $2000.00++ minimum food and beverage, Friday and Saturday
- COCKTAIL PARTY: maximum 120 standing
- BUFFET: maximum 85 people downstairs, 25 people upstairs
- PLATED LUNCH: maximum 85 people downstairs, 25 people upstairs
- Menu pricing ranges from $26.00 to $50.00 per person++
- Event must conclude by 4.00 pm.
EVENING USE:
- $5000++ minimum food and beverage, Sunday – Thursday
- $6000++ minimum food and beverage, Friday and Saturday
- COCKTAIL PARTY: maximum 120 people standing
- BUFFET: maximum 85 people downstairs, 25 people upstairs
- Menu Pricing ranges from $34.00 to $75.00 per person++
- PLATED DINNER: maximum 85 people downstairs, 25 people upstairs
- Menu Pricing ranges from $38.00 to $75.00 per person++
- Music must end by 12:00 midnight
- Event must conclude by 1:00am.
BAR ONLY:
- $1200.00 ++minimum food and beverage, Sunday – Thursday
- $1700.00++ minimum food and beverage, Friday and Saturday
- COCKTAIL PARTY: maximum 50 people
- BUFFET: maximum 25 people
- PLATED DINNER: maximum 25 people Event must conclude by 1:00am.
- Vail Racquet Club Deck Use: $300.00
++State and Local taxes (8.9%) and 18% service charge
